Entel Ltd. completed an assessment for the Communications Authority of Hungary. The aim of the assessment was to examine the impact of the spread of IT on the Authority's market surveillance activities over the previous three years. The first part of the task involved developing the data-collection methodology. The second part was a comprehensive data collection from IT systems, based on completed questionnaires and personal interviews. The assessment was successfully closed at the end of June 2003 with the delivery of summary documentation containing the results.
