A telecommunications and informatics related analysis of the customer service processes had been carried out by Entel Ltd. The aim and objects of the project is analysis and proper process decomposition of the telephone handling and local activity of the officials in charge working in the customer service local offices. Proposal for introduction such a system which yields enhanced customer satisfaction, and decreased parallelism and idle periods in workflows.

As part of our technical consultancy tasks for the National Communications Authority, Hungary in relation with market survey plan of the authority we handled application rules of allocation and use of frequency and numbers, and also analysis of quality of service related questions and competency.
Successful ISO system audit
The ninth system audit had been carried out by SGS Hungária Ltd. on 19th of April. The re-examination has been passed off successfully. There is no need for correcting actions. Based on the received observations the operation of our organization can be developed further.
