ÁTMR — Due Diligence and Monitoring System

Large-scale processing of documents and datasets for due diligence, analysis and monitoring work.

The Due Diligence and Monitoring System (ÁTMR) processes digital and scanned documents as well as structured datasets at scale. From the documents it identifies and structures the actors, organisations, amounts, dates, contractual relationships and other data relevant to the review at hand.

Results are presented in searchable lists, relationship graphs, case files and analytical views — in a browser-based application.

Typical use cases

Contract and supplier overview

Reviewing contracting parties, values, periods and relationships together.

Targeted due diligence

Collecting the data and source excerpts belonging to one case into a shared case file.

Continuous monitoring

Tracking and flagging changes in watch-listed organisations, relationships and datasets.

Comparative analysis

For example, examining differences in unit prices, framework agreements and financial flows.

Data quality improvement

Checking and correcting machine processing, with logged overrides.

Key capabilities

Optional data layer

Public procurement datasets, public-sector data and the customer's own document collections can all be connected to the system.

Deployment and operating models

Customer infrastructure (on-premises)

The application, the database and the local language models run in the customer's environment. In closed operation no external model service takes part in processing internal documents; the public dataset is updated through verified data packages.

Vendor-operated cloud

Hosted in a data centre in Hungary, with separate environments per organisation. Infrastructure, operation, updates, monitoring and backups are provided by Entel.

In both models the usual setup is one production and one test environment per organisation.
