General planning coordination, system planning and advising on the National Telecommunications Network covering the district seats

We have successfully developed the connection system plans of the National Telecommunications Network and the network to the disctrict seats. In our evaluation study we have summarized the properties of this network and completed the planning coordination tasks of the extension of the National Backbone.
