A telecommunications and informatics related analysis of the customer service processes had been carried out by Entel Ltd. The aim and objects of the project:
Analysis and proper process decomposition of the telephone handling and local activity of the officials in charge working in the customer service local offices. Proposal for introduction such a system which yields enhanced customer satisfaction, and decreased parallelism and idle periods in workflows.
Entel has assigned the parameters of the downstream and upstream transmission speed of the data network service over CATV network, and has given some proposal to the regulator and the CATV service providers.
Based on the contract from Invitel Rt., Entel Ltd. has carried out risk survey/analysis for Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) on the sites of the country-wide telecommunications service provider company, Invitel Rt. in May-June, 2005.
The prepared reports form a summary of the result of the site surveys and contain detailed and overall evaluations, proposals for decreasing risks.
Entel Ltd. has finalized two project tasks of the frame contract with EPT Rt., for this year.
As parts of our frame contract with EPT Rt., in 2005 we have provided technical contributions to creating network contracts, preparation of new services introductions, and regulation related consultancy.
Two new project task had been added this year to our frame contract with EPT Rt. Our contribution covers regulation and service development related tasks for telecommunications services. In April two of the tree subtask of the two projects has been accomplished.
The eleventh ISO system audit had been carried out by SGS Hungária Ltd. on 4th of May. The re-examination has been passed off successfully. There is no need for correcting actions. Based on the received observations the operation of our organization can be developed further.
