Entel provides technical expertise contributions in secondary arbitrations for the National Communications Authority.

- July, 2005: Technical expertise on handling telephone call situations having long holding time
- August, 2005: Analysis of terminology and interpretation problems observed in secondary arbitrations in sector specific regulation
- September, 2005: Technical expertise in regulatory and technical aspects for generally handling special forms of electronic communications services spreading in tract housings, and for handling television program distribution services as special electronic communications service.
Analysing customer service processes at OTP Bank Rt.
A telecommunications and informatics related analysis of the customer service processes had been carried out by Entel Ltd. The aim and objects of the project is analysis and proper process decomposition of the telephone handling and local activity of the officials in charge working in the customer service local offices. Proposal for introduction such a system which yields enhanced customer satisfaction, and decreased parallelism and idle periods in workflows.
